Pesto Meatballs

"With the savory flavors of garlic, sweet basil, and parmesan cheese, these Pesto Meatballs are a new family favorite. Ever since our trip to Cooperstown, NY a few years ago, pesto has been a staple at my house. When we were there, we ate at a tiny little restaurant with really good burgers and pesto fries, My kids could not get enough of the pesto. I was truly amazed. I am planning to grow basil this year so I can make it myself because we go through a lot of it. It is second only to ketchup in its wonderful ability to get my kids to eat almost anything. Just add pesto and no one complains."
