Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can non-marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic powder and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts.

  4. Place in a greased baking pan (8×8 or 9×9 will work).

  5. Sprinkle reserved 1/4 cup parmesan cheese on top.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

My son would love this quick and easy dip recipe since it doesn't contain spinach like similar recipes. I might mix a little mozzarella cheese in with the parmesan for the top and bake it a wee bit longer to make the cheese more melty and bubblier. This dip would be great with pretzels or a veggie platter too.
