Sometime ago, the curious me did some tweaking with my traditional blueberry scones recipe and voila, after two attempts I was successful in creating what I believe is a better version of the Starbucks Blueberry Scones. Wow – I never thought that I would say that. But that’s the truth - these scones are really that good! Not only these scones are simple to bake, they also require a few ingredients and just a few minutes from start to finish. The crumbly texture just melts in the mouth. These scones pair well with a glass of milk or coffee. You can serve it in breakfasts or any other time of the day."
