"Easy 4 Ingredient Recipe to make Homemade Chocolates! It's a simple Milk Chocolate recipe posted. You can also make White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate using the same recipe. For White Chocolate, the recipe would remain the same except that we use 2 tablespoons of milk powder instead of cocoa powder. Similarly for Dark Chocolate, we would use 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and not add any milk powder to the mixture. You can adds nuts of your choice to the chocolate recipe. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Milk Powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  1. Boil water in a saucepan and place a heat resistance bowl over it, to make a double boiler. Reduce the flame to low.

  2. Melt butter in the double boiler, this may take up to 1 - 2 minutes. In the meanwhile, sieve cocoa powder and sugar together.

  3. Once the butter is melted, add the sieved cocoa powder and sugar to it. Stir the mixture on a low flame till it's completely blended.

  4. Take a silicon mould of the shape/size you prefer, and add crushed nuts below. I used a mixture of almonds and walnuts - this is an optional step.

  5. Pour the mixture over the mould, and gently tap the mould to remove any air bubbles that might be present.

  6. Refrigerate it for 2 hours and carefully remove the chocolate from the mould. Cut it into pieces and enjoy.
