I frequently put fruit in my lettuce or spinach based salads, but I don't think I have ever tried adding fruit to a pasta salad before. It looks so pretty, I think I will give it a try! This could probably be made a little in advance, with the exception of the avocado. I would add that in and toss it just before serving to avoid discoloration.

What an interesting summery pasta salad. Avocado is such a versatile recipe but be careful of the shelf life of this dish. I would only make as much as you need since the avocado may turn brown if there are any leftovers! Perhaps, the lemon juice will slow this process but eventually, it will still occur. I would choose goat cheese instead of feta since goat cheese and strawberries are a fabulous duo!

Strawberry and avocado in a salad sounds nice. I have never tried that combination. I know feta cheese goes well with sweet fruits. Personally I like to eat feta cheese with watermelon so I am very keen to try this salad. It looks delish! The whole concept of adding this to pasta is intriguing as well. I think these are great ideas.
