This is a perfect portable salad to bring to pot lucks, picnics and bar b ques. You can make it the day before and keep refrigerated without the worry of anything getting wilted. It's hardy and full of flavor with an abundance of meat, cheese and vegetables. So quick and easy, this salad is a no brainer.
