Slow Cooker Baked Apples
A sweet treat that the family will love, Slow Cooker Baked Apples are made with a few ingredients, but still taste like a million bucks. - 6 apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
Core the apples half way thru.
Mix the filling-dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and maple syrup.
Transfer the apples to slow cooker and stuff them.
Pop the lid on and let cook for 3-6 hours or until the apples are fork tender.
Enjoy warm with ice cream or if you like you can have them cold as well.
