  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Pour bag of pretzels into a food processor. Chop pretzels until coarsely blended.

  2. Pour in honey and melted butter.

  3. Turn food processor on again for about 10 seconds, or until ingredients are well blended.

This is such a great idea! I have been wanting to make some cheesecake lately, and I bet this would taste great as the crust. Yum.

Making this pie crust couldn't be easier! If you have never had pretzel pie crust, you should try it. It's kind of the best combination of salty, sweet, and crunchy. Oh yeah, and scrumptious! Personally, I like to use pretzel crust underneath cheese cake filling, instead of the traditional crust. If you are making a vanilla or caramel type cheesecake, it is REALLY good. I would love to know other recipes that people use with their pretzel crusts as well. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
