Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Cake Mixes (8.25 oz each)
Egg (1 per pouch)
Vegetable oil (4 tablespoons per pouch)
Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Frostings
Decorations

Instructions

Dump a pouch of the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Cake Mix into the bowl.
Add one egg and four tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well.
Take one teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 7 – 9 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool completely.
Frost and decorate.

I hope I can find these Funfetti cake mixes in my local stores. I want some cookies in each color! I have lots of family occasions to bake for this summer, and these would be a hit. They are so cute! Has anyone had trouble finding the mixes? Can I use food coloring if I need to?
