Mini Santa Hat Cheesecakes
These incredibly adorable Mini Santa Hat Cheesecakes will be the topic of everyone's conversations at your holiday party! Creamy eggnog cheesecake sits on a crunchy cookie crust. The Santa hat is actually a strawberry that tops the filling. Make the homemade whipped cream for the details on the hat. The combination of eggnog, chocolate, and strawberry is simply irresistible. With a sprinkle of powdered sugar, you'll have the cutest Christmas dessert this year! These mini cheesecakes look so festive and almost too pretty to eat.

These are ADORABLE, and the perfect way to make sure you don't overdo it on the cheesecake desserts. I'll need to try this!

These Santa Hat Cheesecakes are so adorable. I was so pleased to see them. We have been invited to have Christmas lunch with with some really good friends and I'm going to take these along as a nice surprise. I don't really make baked cheesecakes so I am keen to try this.

These are so cute! I love mini cheesecakes. I have made them in cupcake pans, though this calls for putting the batter in an actual mini cheesecake pan with a link to one on Amazon. If you want, you can just line a cupcake tin with liners and follow the rest of the directions. For presentation, you could peel off the liners.
