These are so cute! I love mini cheesecakes. I have made them in cupcake pans, though this calls for putting the batter in an actual mini cheesecake pan with a link to one on Amazon. If you want, you can just line a cupcake tin with liners and follow the rest of the directions. For presentation, you could peel off the liners.
