Super easy! Super quick! Super delicious! Plus slatherings of your favorite topping. That is exactly my idea of the perfect cake. It didn't last very long which always means the family loved it and the 9yr old boy asked if I would please make it for his sleepover friends next weekend. Winner!!

This has always been a favorite. I think the cake is delicious by itself and doesn't need frosting. To spruce it up, I would put a paper doily on top and sprinkle powdered sugar over it, then remove the doily.

No eggs, no milk, no butter, that's got to be the Ultimate Crazy Wacky Cake. Plus it's a one pot wonder, how could I resist? I was truly amazed at how great it turned out. I topped it with the One-Minute Frosting recipe from the blog, and with no fuss, no muss, no bother, in no time at all I was enjoying this yummy cake.

I'm going to try this cake tonight. I am really excited about trying a chocolate version of the eggless cake. I made one before, but it was a whitish, yellowish cake. I love chocolate, so I'm really looking forward to this cake. I think I might use some apple cider vinegar, and use a peanut butter frosting.

As a self confessed chocoholic I am always on the lookout for new and delicious chocolate recipes and, boy, this really is DELISH!! It is quite and easy to make and there are some really good frosting ideas available on the blog page too. I was interested to see how a no egg cake would work out but, having made it, all I can say is YUMMY!!!

I was vaguely familiar with the idea behind these sorts of cakes, but had never made one. I was quite surprised by how good it was, since I know many recipes from the Depression and wartime rationing leave more than a bit to be desired taste-wise. This was very good, and I'd definitely top it with a bit of ice cream.

I never thought you could make a cake without eggs. That was a thought lost on me for the longest time, but I am ready to try this cake now because I have made cakes with no eggs and they always surprise me like they are magic or something. This looks so yummy.

This looks like such a moist and simple cake. How easy it is, with no eggs, no mixing bowls! I like recipes that make small cakes. Small families do not need cakes in 13 x 9 pans, but most recipes for cakes and bars make that much. I can't wait to try this!

I have heard of wacky cocoa cake and that doesn't have eggs. But, it calls for mayonnaise and that has eggs. That is what I was expecting, but no eggs at all. I love finding no egg recipes. I raise chickens, so normally have plenty of eggs. This time of year the chickens slow down and I conserve my supply so baking with no eggs is great. Every recipe I have used that was no egg called for vinegar so I believe that is what helps take the place of the eggs for structure.

I can't believe you can make this without eggs! And with a name like that, who could resist!

This is such a cool idea, I always seem to be out of eggs, butter, or both whenever I want to make a cake. I also love that no bowl is required because I hate washing dishes! I will definitely be trying out this recipe soon.

I was a little worried about not using butter. However this recipe was really good I am surprised!

WITH THE PRICE OF BUTTER, I SURE WAS GLAD TO SEE THIS CAKE RECEIPE. I MADE IT IN A 9X13 CAKE PAN FOR MY GROUP MEETING. ALL OF THEM ASKED FOR THE RECEIPE AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT IT WAS MADE WITHOUT EGGS OR BUTTER.
