Devil's Food Cake


  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ts salt
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 ts vanilla


Yield: 6 servings. Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs and beat til fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and vanilla. Bake at 350F in greased 8 X 8 pans.
