Top it off with a bold jalapeno cilantro sauce that you will want to put on everything. Ever since I made Grilled Peruvian Chicken with Aji Sauce last year, my husband has been talking about it. I made it almost a year ago to the date. It is the best chicken recipe I have EVER, yes ever, made. The marinade imparts so much flavor to the chicken but what puts it over the top is the jalapeno, cilantro yogurt sauce. This sauce is so good, I could eat it with a spoon. You will find yourself thinking of putting it on anything."
