We often have curry so were very keen to try this Flavorful Chicken Curry recipe. Now that we have tried this dish we will be happy to have it again and again. Neither of us had ever had corn in a curry before but it was very nice and something I will definitely do again. With jasmine rice it was a delicious meal.

Chicken curry is my absolute favorite winter meal so I am always up for a new and interesting recipe. We omitted the leeks (do not like leeks at all), used our garam marsala (in place of the curry powder) plus we included some coconut milk because we had some opened and ready to use. The end result was a WONDERFUL chicken curry that we all gobbled up happily!
