If it's quick and easy I want to know how to make it. I don't mind taking time to cook on weekends as I enjoy it, but during the week I don't have the time. I do, however, like to have a good meal with the family at the end of the day. This crispy backed chicken is just that. I really like the idea of coating it in cracker crumbs.
