Just right to cook on these hot summer days. And not messy. It has my vote.

Sounds like agreat meal trying it tonight, I'll let you know.Thanx

This chicken was wonderful as printed...no changes!

After I cooked this recipe (my family loved it!) I needed to make some changes to put it on the table faster. I used 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I put 1 sleeve of butter-style crackers in the food processor for the coating, instead of the flour. I sprayed the pan with Pam Butter-Flavor cooking spray. I gently sprayed each piece of raw chicken with the Pam Butter-Flavor. I mixed the seasonings with cracker crumbs, and then rolled chicken pieces in the crumb mixture. After placing coated chicken pieces in pan, I gently sprayed Pam Butter-Flavor over the top of the coated chicken pieces. I had preheated oven to 400-degrees; then baked chicken for 10-15 minutes, turned pieces over and baked for another 10-15 minutes. Ready to eat in half the time, and my family said the chicken tasted as good as the original recipe. Thanks for providing recipes that give me inspiration in preparing meals for my family!

My son is a burgeoning chef and has been wanting to try fried chicken. I wasn't too keen on the idea because of the mess and the summer Tucson heat. This recipe looks like it will make both of us happy. Thanks!
