This is so much easier than the long recipe I currently make, and it tastes almost exactly the same. The only thing I do differently is to add peas instead of green beans. There is no reason other than that I enjoy peas in my chicken and dumplings. This is a very easy recipe. It is well written. It is great for a quick dinner, especially when everyone is busy with errands. You can grab a chicken and have dinner in less than 20 minutes.

I have always wanted to try my hand at Chicken and Dumplings, and this recipe was the perfect way to get my feet wet. The recipe is so well written and easy to follow I didn't hesitate to try it. I am so glad that I did. It came out great. Love that I was able to use left over chicken, fresh vegetables. So quick and easy, and I now know how to make chicken and dumplings. Check.

There is nothing I love more than a one pot recipe, it makes like so easy on a busy day, I try to have as many options of them as I can! Does anyone have a dumpling recipe they would recommend for this recipe as I am not a fan of biscuit dough but o love the rest of the recipe and would love a dumpling in it too!
