I love cheesecake. I always have. The rich, creamy texture is so delicious and you can add whatever flavoring you feel you want and you can change it the next time. I like that versatility. I've been looking for a no bake cheesecake recipe. This one looks so easy. I think it must be nice with the condensed milk. I would like to try that. I can't wait to eat this, my mouth is watering already.

Tomizine I haven't tried your recipe yet. Here is mine. 2 pkg. 8oz. cream cheese at room temp., whipped, 14 c. lemon juice, 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Fold in 2 8oz. bowls of cool whip, chill. In meantime make graham cracker crumb crust in 9 X 13 cake pan, chill. Topping 1 can cherry pie filling. Use electric mixer to chop cherries into smaller pieces. Pour cream cheese-cool whip mixture on cracker crust and spread cherry pie filling on top.b

I have a recipe similar to this one except I use 1/2 cup of sugar and no vanilla. It's also very good.

Does anyone know...Is this the old Classic Philly Cream Cheese No-Bake Cheesecake? Thanks!
