Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound ground hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package noodles, cooked
  • 1 (16-ounce) can cream-style corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Fry hamburger and onion in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
     
  3. Mix hamburger and onion together with remaining ingredients. Pour into a sprayed 2-1/2 quart baking dish.
     
  4. Bake 1 hour.

I agree with member 8195154....how, pray tell, would creamed corn be drained???? It's creamed for a reason. Do you mean corn niblets for this recipe??
