This was SO GOOD! And super easy, to make, too )

I really enjoyed this hashbrown casserole! It was super cheesy, which is just the way I like it!

This was crispy and delicious!

Every time I've ever had hash browns they were dripping or soaked in fat...which is probably why I avoid them. But I really love that these are baked and with cheese and onion, it just sounds so flavorful that I'm gonna have to give it a try. Baking potatoes with the skin on is probably the way I'd go.

Hashbrown casserole is always a crowd pleaser - the ultimate comfort food! This recipe is quite a bit simpler than others I've seen, but I guess that's why it's "Easy"! I've made it using Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Broccoli soup, but I bet the Cream of Chicken would be delicious too! This recipe is great for get-togethers, potlucks, even brunches! Very yummy!
