Comfort seafood to the max! For those who are gluten-free or trying to watch their carbohydrate intake, you can substitute zoodles (zucchini noodles) in place of the stuffed shells. Use a vegetti or potato peeler to make the long, thin noodles and add some ricotta or another favorite creamy cheese to mimic the stfufed shells!
