"Amish country casserole is the perfect main dish for those busy weeknights. It’s easy, budget-friendly, and filling. This cozy casserole is made with ground beef, noodles, an easy homemade sauce (without cream of mushroom soup) and topped off with Parmesan cheese. You know, even though I live right near Missouri Amish country, I’m not sure that this is technically an Amish recipe. Even if it’s not 100% authentic, does that really matter? It’s still a super easy weeknight meal that’s quick to get on the table."
