Any dish with ramen noodles always puts a huge smile on my face! They are so versatile and because the cooking time for this type of dish is usually quite short the ingredients remain fresh and crunchy and deliciously tasty. Bowl food is also my absolute FAVOURITE way of eating so I simply cannot wait to try these recipes.

I love ramen, its so easy and inexpensive. These are great recipes to add to my noodle collection. I have been on a noodle kick since experiencing authentic Japanese noodles they pack such great flavor. These offer such great variations and different takes on a classic. I will have to make these for my friend who sent time in japan and see what he thinks.
