If you want the lightest airiest cinnamon or dinner roll recipe you have ever eaten you will not go wrong with a recipe using mashed potato. The only thing I do differently to make the dinner rolls out of the dough is to cut back on the sugar a little bit and of course not use cinnamon and brown sugar. They are truly out of this world and you do not even know they contain potato's. The recipe I use I perfected myself and is very similar I just use 2 eggs and some of the mashed potato water. The dough is rather soft and wonderful to work with. Enjoy all, you should not be disappointed
