This Muffin Tin Cinnamon Rolls recipe has two things that I absolutely love. Ease and convenience! Add to that great flavor and a kid friendly portion and you can't go wrong. I will be making these often. They are a great treat for breakfast or any time you just want some sweet comfort food.

I love finding shortcuts to making tasty treats, and while I enjoy making things from scratch, sometimes I just want some instant satisfaction. This quick way of making a batch of mini cinnamon rolls is just ideal. I like the frosting described in the recipe, but I also enjoy a peanut butter frosting on them as well. I'm planning on making these up soon.
