    Ingredients

    • 2 1/2 ts yeast
    • 1 1/3 c cream of wheat, uncooked
    • 2 2/3 c bread flour
    • 2 tb gluten, optional
    • 2 1/2 ts salt
    • 2 2/3 tb sugar
    • 1 1/2 egg
    • 5 tb butter
    • 1 1/3 c water

    Instructions

    Add to bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
