Deconstructed recipes are so much fun to make, right? I love an unstuffed pepper and unstuffed cabbage roll recipe for nights when I just don't want to fool with all the neat prepping. I can just chop and get to cooking without the need to be fancy or careful except with the knife.

I look forward to trying this recipe. I loved eating stuffed peppers when I was a child. I've never made them as my husband doesn't care for them. This is such an easy recipe. It's just right for me to make for my mother and I. I'll probably cut out the garlic though. I'm thinking I could freeze leftovers too.
