How fun are these sloppy joe cups? I like the biscuits making the cups to hold the meat and cheese. I think the kids will go crazy over these hamburger cups. It has flavor, cheese, and appeal. They will be ready to eat a few apiece, so I will need to make a double batch to get them full. A side salad will be a nice addition too.

this is a great recipe....however the buscuits do not stay pushed up the sides of the muffin pan, they always shrink back up to original size. So what I did was put one buscuit down put the filling in then put another buscuit on top. Turned out great kids really loved it.

I've made this for many years added about a table spoon of brown sugar it was called BarBCue Cups
