Yields36 bars

Cooking Time17 min

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Topping:
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9"x13" pan.

Sweet and salty treats are wonderful. This reminds me of a Payday candy bar. I love peanuts and peanut butter. I will make these and take them to work to share.
