Simple Sauteed Spinach
Simple Sauteed Spinach is the perfect easy vegetable recipe for your dinner tonight. All you need to do is quickly saute the spinach and you are ready to eat. Healthy dishes do not get any easier than that.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 12 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat canola oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add spinach all at once. Gently heat and stir spinach just until it becomes limp, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Place onto serving dish, drizzle with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
