Ingredients
- 3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
- Cracked Black pepper
- Garlic Salt
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

Preheat oven to 425 F. Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Do not peel.

Cut the ends off of the potatoes. You can use the ends in another dish if you like, or discard them.
