Yes, it's the Monday after Thanksgiving and I'm finally getting down to the end of the leftover turkey. I usually just make a pot of turkey noodle soup, but then I came across this recipe for Turkey Tetrazzini Soup, and saw how easy it is to make, and thought, why not step it up a notch. Well I'm glad I did. This recipe is so full of flavor, it is rich and creamy and perfect for this cold, rainy day. A big bowl of this great sop, and some crispy Italian bread on the side is whats for dinner tonight.
