Instant Chicken Parmesan Zoodle Soup
"Pour very hot water over a layer of zoodles, chicken, marinara and spinach and enjoy an instant hot zoodle soup in two minutes for lunch. When making this soup, be sure to use a heat proof container with a lid, particularly as you are adding very hot water. You don't want to crack your jar. You see layers of ingredients in a heat proof glass jar which can be taken to work. At lunch time, you simply pour over hot water. Cover and let it sit for 2 minutes. Like magic you have an instant hot soup. With this in mind, I decided to make my own healthy instant zoodle soup."
