The recipe is well written and easy to follow, and the ingredients are classic and fresh, giving you a rich, flavorful, creamy, satisfying bowl of soup. Don't fret as those cold Winter nights approach, you have the perfect way to chase the chill away with this marvelous chowder.

it's fun to try new soup recipes in the winter. I haven't seen recipes for chowder that have potatoes, ham, and bacon. This will be a very hearty meal that we'll enjoy on a cold weekend night. Can't wait to try it!

As winter is upon us, creamy soups are the ultimate warm and savory comfort food. For the vegetarians out there or those who don't like ham, try adding some vegetables in place of the meat. This soup looks really good and should be enjoyed by all!

This soup looks so so good. I'm heading to the grocery store tonight to pick up the ingredients!

I had no idea a potato chowder could be that easy. I have always taken the short cut of using a bagged mix and dressing it up with the ham and corn (and lots of black pepper). The pre-started way has worked until now but it surely hasn't been the healthiest, next time I'm turning to this recipe!
