Extra Crispy Roasted Potatoes

"Extra Crispy Roasted Potatoes are very simple to make and have a crunchy crispy exterior while still being fluffy and light inside. The secret is simple, just add the Little potatoes to some cornstarch. This will let them crisp up like crazy! For some added flavor, we also toss with olive oil, garlic powder, Kosher salt, and pepper and that is all it takes. It is the cornstarch that gets the Little potatoes extra crispy with very little effort from you! How easy is that?"
