    Shrimp Pel Pel

    Ingredients

    • 10 oz.s shrimp
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 1/2 cup diced tomato
    • 1/2 cup diced green, red or, yellow bell pepper
    • 1 Tbs. black pepper
    • 1 to 3 Tbs. Paprika
    • salt to taste
    • 1 Tbs. garlic
    • white wine

    Instructions

    Peel and clean the shrimp. Heat a saute pan over med-high heat and add a little olive oil. Toss in the shrimp and count to 10, then add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and count to 10, then add a splash of wine, finally add the tomatoes and spices. Keep tossing ingrediants continously. Let it cook for no more than 4 minutes. Serve over Cous Cous.
