With just a few ingredients like chipotle in adobo sauce, mayonnaise, a dash of lime juice, a bit of honey, and smoked paprika, you have a delicious chipotle mayo ready to serve. Best of all, it takes less than 5 minutes! Perfect for dipping both french fries or sweet potato fries. Chipotle mayo also tastes great if you drizzle it over tacos or even over your favorite taco salad. "

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Chipotle (in Adobo sauce)
- 1 tablespoon Adobo sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
