    Ancho Salsa

    Ingredients

    • 4 dried ancho peppers
    • 1 cup orange juice
    • 2 fresh red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1tsp salt

    Instructions

    Soak ancho peppers in hot water for 15 minutes. Place ancho peppers, orange juice, bell peppers, garlic and salt in food processer and process for 2 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken or fish. May be served with chips.
