Mediterranean Salmon Salad
"This Mediterranean Salmon Salad is what delicious and healthy eating is all about. It´s packed with flavors, made with heart-healthy ingredients and all done in about 15 minutes. Serve it next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of Spanish white wine for a complete meal. To make this salad I used fresh salmon fillets. But you can also use the frozen kind. Just make sure to fully thaw them out beforehand. To flavor the salmon I used garlic infused olive oil. As it gives the salmon that classic Mediterranean flavor."
