It’s packed with flavors, made with simple ingredients, and super easy to make. Serve it next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of Spanish red wine for a complete meal. To make this recipe, I used Spanish round rice. Which is the one that is typically used to make paella. However, you can use whatever type of rice you like.
