This recipe sounds really good. I just love banana pudding, especially with Vanilla Wafers. Has anyone tried making it using regular eggs in place of the liquid eggs? I never buy liquid eggs, but always have a lot of regular eggs in my fridge. I wonder if it would be an equal substitution. I bet this would be really good if you made a pressed pie crust out of the Vanilla Wafers and put the pudding over the top. Kind of like a banana cream pie! I'm drooling just hinking about it. I also think a sprinkle of coconut over the top would be really yummy.

can you use white flour for this recipe it say wheat flour

Can I substitute real eggs and sugar for the liquid ones and splenda

@djenterprises65 2369710, Liquid eggs can be purchased in any local grocery store. They are found in the refrigerated aisle near the regular eggs. I hope this helps! --editors of RecipeLion

What is liquid eggs?

@ susansangellite 7175592: You can use a 13x9x2 cake pan or similarly sized casserole dish. Hope this helps!

What size pan?

@sewbeeit: Thanks for catching this error! I have updated the ingredients list and it should read correctly now. Feel free to substitute real vanilla extract if you like. -- Editor of RecipeLion

What is the amount for the vanilla and why is imitation vanilla?

@ pnknox 4291463 - Good catch! You're exactly right. It's 1.25 cups of liquid eggs. We've update this recipe accordingly. Thank you for correcting us! -The editors of RecipeLion

I feel like the measurement for eggs is missing something. Is it 1.25 cups of liquid eggs?
