- 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup distilled vinegar
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, sugar, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix by hand until well coated. Add milk, mayo and vinegar and toss until well saturated.
