    Dill Pickle Soup

    Ingredients

    • 6 cups beef broth
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 2 tablespoons soft butter
    • 4 lg. dill pickles, shredded or sliced very thin
    • 1/2 cup liquid from pickles
    • 3 cups cooked diced potatoes

    Instructions

    Bring the broth to a boil. Mix flour with milk until dissolved. Add to broth and stir. Remove from heat: beat egg yolk with butter. Add a little of the broth to the egg yolk mixture and beat well. Add the pickles, pickle liquid and potatoes. Heat, but do no boil. Garnish with a little dill if desired.

    sounds like a Kick 4 potato soup gonna have 2 try this... my grandchildren should love it PICKLES
