Finding a low-carb and healthy way to eat favorite dishes like pizza on a diet can mean the difference between breaking your diet and making healthy choices. Our variation on cauliflower pizza is easier than most. Instead of making a pizza dough or crust separately, this recipe utilizes full pieces of cauliflower topped with tomatoes and mozzarella, making it ten times easier than other versions.Best of all, this recipe shows you how to make cauliflower pizza crust without a food processor.

Traditional crusts: meet your competition. Cauliflower crusts are here to stay. The flavor isn’t overpowering, which allows the juicy tomato and the melty cheese to really shine through. For this version, I didn’t add any other toppings aside from cheese but feel free to add pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, and more to suit your tastes.
