- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 8 ounces canned tomato sauce
- 5 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 cup Semolina flour, for dusting the pizza peel
Prepare the pizza dough by following the instructions on the package.
Use the semolina flour to dust the pizza peel or back of a rimmed baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine parmesan cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
In another bowl, stir to combine tomato sauce, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough using the back of a spoon to create a thin layer.
Spread cheese evenly.
Bake the pizza until the cheese and crust are nicely browned, about 7 minutes.
Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
