Fruitsalad Condensed Milk Tart


  • 1 tin fruit salad, in syrup
  • 2 tins condensed milk
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 15cm Tart shell or 6 Tartlett shells


Drain the fruit salad well. Put the fruit salad in a bowl then add the condensed milk about 1 and a half tins to start with, then put the juice of one lemon in mix and tast till the desired amount is to your liking, then add the rest of the condensed milk, mix some more lemon juice in keep adding the lemon juice till the mixture goes quite thick, refrigerate for an hour then pour in to the shell, chill some more 3-4 hours cut and serve with fresh cream or icecream. If you have a sweet tooth you will love this on.
