I adore this sparkling, fruity three-ingredient punch that can be made in minutes! With a luscious combination of tart hibiscus, bubbly kombucha and juicy red wine, it’s a simple batch mocktail that is always a crowd favorite. Hibiscus tea and alcohol-free red wine contain antioxidants and provide hydration. Ginger kombucha is packed with gut-loving probiotics, and the addition of nutrient-rich berries makes this simple punch a great choice to support skin health.

Serves6

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) chilled hibiscus tea
  • 2 cups (480 ml) non-alcoholic red wine
  • 2 cups (480 ml) ginger kombucha
  • Mixed berries, for garnish

METHOD

  1. Add the chilled hibiscus tea, non-alcoholic red wine and ginger kombucha to a pitcher. Stir gently.

  2. Serve over ice in tall glasses with some berries to garnish.

TIPS

  • You can add some sweetener to this, but I personally didn’t need it. Maple syrup, stevia or any sweetener of your choice would work.
  • Replace the alcohol-free wine with pomegranate juice if you wish. Pomegranate juice is one of the more superior juices when it comes to antioxidants, especially if you choose an organic one.
  • Always check the label of your kombucha to ensure it is classified as non-alcoholic. Raw kombucha should not be consumed during pregnancy. Check with your health care provider for guidance on which kombucha is best for you if you are pregnant.
