Enjoy the smokey flavor of this tender pork recipe. Marinated in beer, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce, Smoked Pork Shoulder has a tangy, yet smokey flavor that the family will love. Slow cooked so the meat is tender and falls right off the bone, it may be one of the best grilling recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork shoulder cut into 4 separate pieces
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • For the Marinade:
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together, cover the meat and marinade it for at least 24 hours up to 72 hours.

  2. Then place in smoker on 225 degrees F and smoke for 3.5 to 4 hours.

  3. Mix apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and brush the meat every 45 minutes while in smoker.
