This is such a simple recipe, but it is full of elegant flavors that the combination of which you don't come across every day. The creamy marscarpone cheese with a boost of honey sweetness, and the tart passionfruit, make this "peaches and cream" recipe a winner. I served it in martini glasses as an individual dessert. It truly made an elegant presentation of this marvelous fruit dish.
