This looks so good and fresh! I wish I saw this before Easter - I would have made this!

This is a beautiful fruit dessert/salad that will make a wonderful Easter side dish. I'll leave out the kiwi and substitute mandarin oranges. These fruit salads are addicting! I always start with one small bowl but go back for seconds! I plan on making it again for a graduation party.

This is a lighter, fresh dessert that's good on hot days. I made this last year and had forgotten about it until I saw this recipe again. I use fewer marshmallows and add mango and oranges as part of kiwi and it's delicious. I just use the kiwi as a garnish on the top to add color. This desert is easy to make ahead the day before. If you are putting it outside on a hot day. put the bowl of fruit salad in a larger bowl filled with ice and it will stay cold and refreshing!
